Clinical Summary

17_years_old male with choriocarcinoma of testis and comeback with headache and seizure.

 

Imaging Findings

Images demonstrate high signal on T1&low on T2 lesion in right cerebellar hemisphere infavoure of hemorraghic component with  perilesional edema and mass effect on 4th ventricle  leading to transtentorial herniation and hydrocephaly

 

Differential Diagnosis

hemorrhagic metastasis, high-grade glioma

 

Final Diagnosis

Brain Metastasis from testicular choriocarcinoma
