Imaging Findings

kidneys are enlarged with  multiple varing size cysts.
Also in noted  cyst at liver .
Transplanted kidney in right iliac fossa  is visible.

cysts mas seen in other organs: liver: most common, spleen, seminal vesicles, prostate, pancreas. pancreatic cysts are more common in von Hippel Lindau disease (vHL)
